China-Korea Development Forum

NAEK has been promoting diverse forms of industrial technology exchanges with the Chinese Academy of Engineering(CAE) since 2014. Commencing in 2023, both academies are intensifying exchanges and cooperation in pivotal technology sectors through the "China-Korea Development Forum on Engineering Sciences and Technology".

Purpose

  • Strengthen cooperation network between leaders in engineering between Korea and China by sharing technology status and strategies for areas of common interest between Korea and China

Effect

  • To derive strategies and insights to become a world-class technology powerhouse by understanding China's technology level and R&D status in major engineering technologies
  • Strengthen cooperation in the industry through technology and business exchanges between Korea and China

Activity content

Korea-China Engineering Technology Development Forum

- It will be held in rotation every year from 2023

- The first Korea-China Engineering Technology Development Forum will be held in Hangzhou, China under the theme of 'AI Technology and Application' (Period: July 25-27)
Visiting the local industry

- Seeking opportunities for technical and industrial cooperation through visits and exchanges with key local industries
